Forging Sub-Contract Machining
We have been sub-contract machining forgings for over 30 years for some of the countries biggest forging companies. Machining forgings offer unique challenges because of the often complicated shapes making them difficult to hold, exotic materials and compacted material grain structures. Our customers continue to use us because of our extensive experience of overcoming these challenges and maintaining consistent high quality.
Casting Machining
We source and machine castings for a number of customers in varying materials such as Aluminium and Cast Iron. Our sourcing team are experienced engineers who have experience in the casting industry and resolve some of the more technical problems that some of our customers have experienced by buying direct. As a result of sourcing a number of different customers products from a select few suppliers we are often able to supply castings for the same price as they were previously paying whilst saving them time and money by reducing their supplier base.
Machined Fabrications
We produce fabrications to customer specifications and then accurately machine them to your requirements. Fabrications can be produced as either Bespoke one off items up to large batches and can be supplied in a number of different finishes.
