CNC Milling Capabilities
5 Axis CNC Machining
5 Axis machining means a workpiece can be machined from multiple sides in one setup. This means complex components can be manufactured quicker and more cost effectively. Our 5-Axis machine has an articulated head and a 600mm rotary table. It is accurate enough to perform small intricate work and robust enough to handle large heavy components.
4 Axis CNC Machining
Our 4 axis machining facilities have up to 1000mm X axis and 500mm Y axis stroke. The 4th axis facility allows a component to rotate around the x axis for full wrap around or positional machining. We can produce complicated components in less setups and shorter cycle times.
3 Axis Machining
High speed 3 Axis machining capability up to 1000mm on the X Axis and 500mm on the Y Axis.
